Cancellation Policy

Chauffeured services involving each vehicle prior to pick up for Outbound/ Inbound Airport Transfers, Point-to-Point, and Outbound/ Inbound Seaport Transfer cancellations for Sedans: within three (3) hours. SUV and Vans: within six (6) hours. Limousines: within twelve (12) hours. Stretch SUV, Mini-Buses and Party Buses: within twenty-four (24) hours. Motor Coaches: within forty eight (48) hours. All cancellations within the hours as listed above of scheduled pick up time will incur full charges, including STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.

Cancellations for Special Events, Such as: Prom, Birthday Parties, Sporting event, Concerts, Festivals, etc. That is advised within 24 hours’ notice will be noted as Late Cancellation and will be incurred to full charge of reservation.

For calls outside of the U.S. and Canada. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation pick-up time and 48 hours in advance for international reservations. A charge will apply for any late cancellation. If contracted time exceeds, charges may be higher than quoted.

All deposits are NON refundable.

 

Payments

Waiting time charges will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet for non- airport or Port pickups. Waiting time will also apply for airport pickups beyond 30 minutes after landing for domestic arrivals and 45 minutes after landing for international arrivals.

Additional Stops are priced from $20.00 – $60.00+ each, depending on vehicle type and location. Point-to-point transfers or airport transfers do not include any additional stops made during these trips. Unless discussed, when booking a reservation by phone, the quote provided by the dispatcher does not include additional stops. Additional stops are calculated by the distance from the route between pick up and drop off.

For seaport pickup fares are assessed as wait time rates with 15 minute increments. All hourly rates are calculated from the assigned pick up time to the drop off time at destinations. All wait time rates are calculated from the assigned pick up time. Mileage reservations will incur a $10.00 Port Fee (hourly reservations have this Port Fee included). Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special events or specific days, such as national Holidays. For policies relating to no show, late cancellations and late changes please contact the account manager. As a general rule, unless agreed differently via an account opening and approval procedure, all ground transportation services are to be paid prior to the end of each ride. For account holders, all invoices are to be paid upon receipt by credit card on file.

Late cancellations are charged at the respective minimum for each market and specified vehicle type.

All reservations scheduled between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am will incur additional $10.00 charge on the regular base rate. No Show Policy for all vehicles will incur to full charges including gratuity, STC charge and applicable parking and tolls.

 

Responsibilities

Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances. The client is responsible for each guest and assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party and is also responsible of any or all costs of repair and income lost due to damages, such as:

  • A fee of $100.00+ for each carpet or seat burn.
  • Clean-up fee of $50.00+ (outside dirt, food/drinks, etc.)
  • Smoking Violation fee $250.00.
  • A fee of $50.00+ each for any missing or broken device/ item in each vehicle

Any fines incurred due to each damage will be paid for, by the customer.

Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by passengers under the age of 21 years old by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if the is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sun roof. If any passenger smokes inside the vehicle the driver has the right to terminate the job and forfeit fare for noncompliance.

All personal belongings and valuables are recommended to be removed from the vehicle. Mundi Limousine is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, in addition to luggage.

Chauffeurs do not have the authority to alter the booked times, pick up or destinations addresses or routes with prior consent of the fleet manager. For Seaport pickups, passengers are required to meet the chauffeur outside of the security area unless otherwise indicated. For Airport pickups, passengers are required to meet the chauffeur at the security area unless otherwise indicated. In the event that the passenger does not locate the driver, please call (800) 317-7087 Immediately to coordinate the pickup.

Mundi Limousine is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. Not salted, accidents, etc.) and heavy traffic, accidents, bad weather, etc. The Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

 

Vehicle Capacity

Each vehicle cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Any additional occupants will be charged extra as long as vehicle capacity has not been exceeded.

Rates, Terms of Service are subject to change without prior notification. The client has the right to cancel your reservation subject to our cancellation policy above.

 

Agreement Charges & Liability

By using the car services from Mundi Limousine, the client has the responsibility of agreeing to pay all charges as mentioned and if there is a failure to pay all charges, it will result in criminal prosecution. Any person that disputes charges under this contract shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The prosecutions include notifying local authorities of fraudulent use of a credit card, and notification of employer for the purposes of garnishment of wages to settle the debt. In any circumstance that any action is required by Mundi Limousine to administer implement this agreement, Mundi Limousine will be entitled to recover all costs, damages, and expenses including attorney fees. Service Terms are a legal and binding agreement between the client and Mundi Limousine ruling the client’s use of the services displayed by Mundi Limousine. By using the services, the client has agreed to be intent by these service terms. Mundi Limousine reserves the right to change any conditions from time to time as it sees fit and the clients continued use of our services will signify their acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

By booking my reservation electronically through the internet or by telephone, I hereby grant permission to Mundi Limousine to charge for the above accredited services as defined in my account/reservation. I further understand that by booking my reservation online or through the telephone signifies that I agree and accept the disclaimer notice and the full terms of service and also the agreement by the Federal Digital Security Act. For each trip, there is a cancellation policy. Failure to notify Mundi Limousine within the time frame settled for the trip will result into the loss of my deposit as outlined in the beginning of the terms of service.
